Grand Bay · Mauritius
Royal Park is a distinctive gated community of 362 residences set between Grand Bay and Port Louis, arranged around a landscaped central park of walkways, lakes and quiet places to sit.

Royal Park occupies a prime position on the north-west coast of Mauritius, a short drive from Grand Bay in one direction and Port Louis in the other. The whole community — 362 residences in all — sits inside a single secured perimeter.
At its centre is the park that gives the estate its name: a landscaped expanse of walkways, serene lakes and sheltered rest areas, designed by the renowned Japanese landscape architect Colin Okashimo. It is the shared garden of every household here, and the reason the streets feel as calm as they do.

Designed by Japanese landscape architect Colin Okashimo, the central park threads walkways between serene lakes and planted rest areas. It is maintained by the Home Owners Association on behalf of every resident, and is open to all of them.

Ask to be addedSecurity
Royal Park is a gated estate with a manned perimeter and a visible presence inside it, around the clock.
How security works hereSecurity personnel are on the estate at all hours, every day of the year.
Patrols are deliberately irregular rather than scheduled, so that the estate is covered unpredictably.
A dedicated vehicle circulates the estate, keeping the security presence both visible and proactive.
